How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

When will I recieve my shipping confirmation?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties & taxes

Fireball is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Fireball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Special handling charges

Special handling charges may be required on orders in the United Kingdom on single items weighing 25KG+ due to weight purposes and courier charges.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in a resalable and unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it is suitable for resale, you will be eligible for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that if the returned products, including their packaging, are damaged, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reselling those damaged items.
